Deve Bossua, the wife of the late Vanguard reporter, Tordue Salem, has reacted over the death of her husband, saying she never accepted it until she saw his lifeless body, bruised and battered.
Salem, who was covering the House of Representatives, was found dead on Thursday, 29 days after he went missing in Abuja after closing from work.
Police on Friday, paraded a 29-year-old commercial driver, Itoro Clement, suspected to be responsible for the death of the journalist.
Taking to Facebook to mourn her husband, Deve said;
“I refuse to accept this until I saw pictures of your lifeless body, bruised and battered. This was not supposed to be your story. You were a true patroit and your country failed you. Rest in power babe, your story is not true. Psalm 109 is the portion of all the killers”.
